Lara Gessler graduated from a pastry school in London and also did an internship at a renowned three-Michelin-starred restaurant. She then attended the French Culinary Institute in New York, where she honed her skills under the watchful eye of experienced chefs. Lara is the author of cookbooks: "Słodki zielnik" and "Orzechy i pitki". In 2020, she created the Pracownia Kulinarna, where various events took place, and is currently the co-owner of the restaurant and confectionery "Słodki Słony".
